Miscellany, by Roy WilkinsonRudolf Steiner College Press
Sometimes the teacher cannot find what he or she wants in the literature available and is forced back on his/her own genius. This is the reason why most of the following came into existence. The author has had some 40 years contact with Rudolf Steiner's work and thirty years practical experience in the classroom.Contents: The Golden Key-a play for Eurythmy; Verses for small children (useful also in Eurythmy); The Alphabet-a poem; Thor's Journey to Giantland-an alliterative poem; Prometheus-a poem in the hexameter rhythm; The Nose Competition-a play for a party occasion (translated from the German of Hans Sachs); Verses for Gymnastics-with a note on teaching.
Roy Wilkinson was an indefatigable teacher of children, lecturer, author, and inspirer of many people in the Waldorf movement in the UK and abroad, right up to his death at the age of 90 in 2007.
